An extensive plug-in for creating electrical forward problem BEM or FEM head models (either individual using head MR images, or template using individual scalp electrode locations), and for localizing ICs from their scalp maps. A version is freely available using the Neuroscience Gateway to the U.S. high-performance computing network (contact the author, Dr. Akalin Acar).
