Scheduling Experiments

Here are a few guidelines for scheduling our lab time:
To reserve a block of time,                                                    

Fill out the Wufoo Experiment Description Form, which can be found at: https://sccn.wufoo.com/forms/sccn-experiment-description/

Fill out the Wufoo Lab Scheduling Form, which can be found at: https://sccn.wufoo.com/forms/sccn-lab-scheduling-form/

Submit your requests by Friday of the week before you are requesting time

Do not submit requests for more than 2 weeks in advance

Serial requests need to be resubmitted every 2 weeks

Subjects will be provided unless otherwise specified

Human Subjects Cash Procedure

2 weeks before you know you will be running a group of subjects, fill out the Wufoo Experiment Description form at: https://sccn.wufoo.com/forms/sccn-experiment-description/  Include the number of subjects, and how much money you will need for each (if amount differs from standard $15/hour)

Human Subjects cash is available from an SRA and will be provided directly to the subject following an experiment. If no SRA is present during the study, please make arrangements beforehand with Melissa.
