[Eeglablist] channels location for egi 128 electrodes net

Lionel,
Lionel, pasted below are a set of averaged coordinate positions
corresponding to EGI's 128-channel net. The first three positions do not
correspond to recording sensors, but to nasion (COMMON), and the 2
pre-auricular fiducials.

with its corresponding (cartesian or polar) coordinates.
