[Eeglablist] creating .cnt file

Hi,
is there some routine to create a .cnt file from a ascii .dat file and
other
relevant information required. i am applying some algorithms to the
EEG data from a .cnt file and writing the output data to an ASCII .dat
file. i wish to analyze it using NeuroScan 4.0 software and for that i
need a .cnt file.
btw, i was able to create an EEGLAb .set file for my data so if there's a
routine that converts a .set file to a .cnt file, it's just fine.
