[Eeglablist] wavelet option in timef

I have the toolbox and I want to run timef with the wavelets option, but I
don't find it clear how to use the 'factor' (for increasing the number of
wavelet cycles) from the help or from the website. Here is my specific
example:
srate=2003; frames=1352; nwin=200; maxfreq=250;
(Note, the maxfreq is so high because I am using intracranial data).
How should I set the factor? I would guess that I would want it to
increase from about 3 wavelet cycles at the lowest frequencies to about
six wavelet cycles at the highest frequency (but is there a principled way
to decide this?). What would the result be, for example, if I use [3 0.5]?
