[Eeglablist] filter for TMS noise

We have a new circiut to gate out noise from GSM mobile impulses from 
EEG and single cell recordings. Probably our technical solution is 
suitable to eliminate TMS artefacts as well. Currently we have a two-
channell system, but to increase channel numbers technically is not 
difficult. The circuit is driven by directly the EMF field without any 
time delay and additional noise.
