EEGLAB should be able to import any data channel. You might want to
check the output of MANSCAN to be sure that EOG channels are exported.
Though EEGLAB should be able to import and vizualize such channels,
EEGLAB can not yet handle properly bipolar channels. For best results
using ICA, all channels should use the same reference (in our lab we
record EOG channels using the same reference as for other channels). If
you do not use the same reference, this will raise problems when running
ICA (complex though potentially solvable problems). At this stage, we
advice not to include such bipolar channels when running ICA.

No, but if you know the procedure it should be straightforward to
program a function that uses the EEG.data array and the eegrej()
function to perform such a task. You may even program a simple EEGLAB
plugin that can be distributed independently of EEGLAB.
