[Eeglablist] CSD maps.

there is an EEGLAB plugin to compute laplacian (CSD maps) using the
algorithm described in

http://arxiv.org/abs/physics/0206007

It needs some modifications, but works with EEGLAB and performs the
laplacian with a very robust method.
Modifications can be made, because the code is under GNU License. If
somebody uses it or makes some modifications, please report us.
