[Eeglablist] statistical comparaison and soustraction in time-frequency decomposition

Hello,
 
I'd like to do statistical comparaisons with time-frequency decomposition. 
 
Do you know how to do comparaison between two conditions or much, as do Tallon-Baudry with Kruskall-Wallis or Wilcoxon tests ?
Is it possible to draw some representation of a kind of "soustraction" between these two conditions, like in SPM for MRI ?
