3 solutions:
- remove and re-order electrodes from the "Standard-10-20-Cap81.ced"
file (located in the sample_locs folder of the eeglab 4.301 distribution).
- look for other files in ftp://sccn.ucsd.edu/pub/locfiles/, you may
find one that better suits you
- wait for the latest version of eeglab (4.31) in a few days which will
automatically look up channel coordinates (assuming the channel names
are given in the binary Neuroscan file). After importing the Neuroscan
file, you will have to call the menu "Edit > Channel location" to look
up channel locations.

I think the extension for Neuroscan file is also ".dat" for 3-d
coordinates. EEGLAB may import 2-D or 3-D channel coordinates from
Neuroscan.
