[Eeglablist] how to reduce channel number ?

You may either

- find the channels which are common with a standard 64 or a 32 montage 
system. See the channel location files in the "sample_locs" sub-folder 
of the eeglab distribution or the location files available on our ftp 
site ftp://sccn.ucsd.edu/pub/locfiles/

- remove channels symmetrically and evenly down to 64 or 32

When you have found the channel indices or channel labels to remove, use 
the menu "Tools > Select data" to actually remove these channels.
