Unless EEGLAB has a way to separate bipolar derivations, one cannot do
dipole fitting to bipolar data with any tool I know. Theoretically it is
possible if one computes the same bipolar derivations in the forward
problem, but I have never heard of any software for dipole modeling that
does that.
Lagerlund published a paper on using SVD to re-montage bipolar data to
referential, so that would be one hope.
