[Eeglablist] Filter length

Hi Anna,

The are a few thing you much keep in mind about filter length of FIR
filter. For IIR filter the filter length is very short. The fellowing
is only for FIR filter. First the longer filter length will take more
time to filter data. Second the runoff of filter will be steeper when
using longer filter length. Different people like different filter
shap. Third the filter length should be 3 times longer than the cutoff
wave length.
