Currently you can only export ASCII data from EEGLAB (menu File > 
Export). Also, Michiel Vestjens wrote a function to write Neuroscan CNT 
files and sent it to us, so we will try to include it in a next revision 
of EEGLAB. Finally, I think there is a function in the Biosig toolbox to 
export BDF files.
