[Eeglablist] Plotting channel spectra and map

Hi,
In my analysis ,  I'd like to look at signal power distribution over the
whole scalp at a certain frequency. I used Plot -> channel spectra and
maps in EEGLAB. My problem is that when I put in 21 to be plotted, 22Hz
scalp was plotted instead. It looks like EEGLAB doesn't take odd value
frequency. Is there any reason behind this? I greatly appreciate any
help
