[Eeglablist] epochize continuous data before running ICA?

I have 5 minutes of continuous EEG with eyeblinks.
I can efficiently get rid of the eyeblinks by just running ICA and rejecting five components.

Questions:
Should I epochize the data into, say, 10 second epochs before running ICA?
Should that, in theory, make a difference?
Will epochizing be more efficient?
