[Eeglablist] Binary version of runica for Mac OSX 10.3 (Panther)

Hello:

Is there a binary version of runica compatible with the Mac OSX 10.3 
operating system?  I downloaded and installed the ica_bsd file into the 
functions subdirectory of EEGLAB, modified the icdefs.m file and added 
the path to the ica_bsd file to my UNIX path env variable.   When I run 
binica, it finds the ica_bsd file and then passes control over to the 
shell to execute it.  However, I then get an error (issued from the 
shell, not MATLAB) that the file is not executable.
