  I  hope to find the synchronization relation of "what"and "where "path  .My data is ERP data which is a average of many epochs from other laboratory,i.e my data have been epoch. but when i compute coherence from two channels ERP data ,the eeglab program makes error,the error is "Epochs must be extracted before runing,i find the error from function eeg_checkset().Why? How can i comput it  ?
