To compute the laplacian of a component (component 1 for instance), type
figure; topoplot(del2map(EEG.icawinv(:,1), EEG.chanlocs), EEG.chanlocs);
To compute the laplacian of ERP at time 100 ms (for example), type
pointlat = eeg_lat2point( 0.1, 1, EEG.srate, [EEG.xmin EEG.xmax]); %
convert latency in second to latency in data points
erpdata = mean(EEG.data,3); % compute ERP
figure; topoplot(del2map(erpdata(:,round(pointlat)), EEG.chanlocs),
EEG.chanlocs); % compute laplacian of ERP
