Hello,
I am looking for a good estimation of the speed of propagation of
current in the brain and the brain resistance, that is, knowing where a
current source density is and what are the amplitude and direction,
what will be the resulting potentials on the scalp? and what will the
time delays at the electrodes?
If anybody can point me to relevant literature or just send me
information I would appreciate.
Thank you very much
Marco
