Dear all,
at the end of runica the "negative activations" are inverted - what exactly is happening there? How do you determine what a negative activation is and hwo do you transform it? Furthermore, if you apply this to DIPFIT does an inverted activation correspond to rotating a dipole by 180 degrees? If so, does this then remove the indefiniteness of 180 degrees in the orientation of a dipole?
Thanks in advance!
Best regards,
Moritz Große Wentrup
