Hi Andrei

It sounds like the headmodel that is included in EEGLAB+DIPFIT would be 
sufficient for you. Have a look at the files in the private 
subdirectory of DIPFIT, and specifically eeg_leadfield. That implements 
supports a 4 sphere concentric model, in which you can put the 
dipole(s) anywhere. The resulting leadfield should be multiplied by the 
dipole moment (orientation and strength combined).
