[Eeglablist] ICA algorithm parameter?

Dear All,
     I am a Ph D. student in university of maryland, I am using the ICA 
algorithm to analysis MEG data and I wonder why set the DEFAULT ICA 
parameter like that.Especially, why set the DEFAULT_LRATE as 
0.00065/log(chans) and DEFAULT_BLOCK as 
min(floor(5*log(frames)),0.3*frames)? Is there any criteria/theory about 
those DEFAULT Value?
    Is there anybody know something about it? Thank u so much!
