[Eeglablist] 128 channel locations

I've attached a file that I've used, but it might not be correct for your data.
It is based on digitization of a 128 channel ECI cap. The file format is
neuroscan 3Dspace export. The first column is electrode name, then electrode
type and then XYZ (dimensions are either cm or m).
