Manju,
In terms of sophisticated ECG analyses I would check out
http://www.physionet.org/.
For instance,
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?cmd=Retrieve&db=pubmed&dopt=Abstract&list_uids=12452417
used data from physionet.
No matter what ICA package you use its a good way to get ECG data into
matlab/octave.
