[Eeglablist] About reference channel

Dear all,

I am new for eeglab and ICA. Could anyone do me a favor to answer my question?
The EEG data imported from neuron scan file may include reference channel VEOG and HEOG data
and force channel data ( if detect motor function). When i do ICA analysis to EEG data, may I include
the data of these channel or better not ? It not, how can i deduct these channels from imported EEG data? 
Any function available in EEGlab?
