Dear Yang,
it is better to include eye channels in the ICA decomposition if you
have them. For plotting, you may have to remove them if you use a
different reference for them (bipolar reference). If your ICA
decomposition is not satisfactory, try pruning the data of artifacts
(though you do not have to remove eye movements). One of the most
important thing is to remove current drifts. If it still does not work,
try removing the eye channels.
This question arises periodically on the list. We are working to put the
archive of the list back on the Internet (we are struggling to remove
email addresses of participants).
