[Eeglablist] FIR filter: How many points?

Hi,

Using the finite impulse response filter (Tools->Filter the data; i.e. 
pop_eegfilt) to filter 500 Hz continuous EEG data between 1 and 30 Hz, 
please how many points would you recommend?
