[Eeglablist] please help me

Hi all: 
  
I'm working in my thesis, it's  about epilepsy EEG. I want to know if someone can help me where I'll find a epilepsy EEG data (dataset, coordinates, events) and how can convert .sig file of eeg recording (brain where program from eeg device) to .m file in matlab.
