[Eeglablist] Order in which independent components are presented

I do think that the independent components do not contain information about 
"order" For more information, you can have a look on the book "Independent 
Component Analysis" by Aapo Hyvarinen (sorry that my OS does not allow me to 
type an double dot a), p154
