[Eeglablist] Moderator message: File size forwarded to the list

We apologize to list members for the message entitled "[Eeglablist] File 
Conversion issues" which was about 6Mb. Messages with file attachments 
are usually not accepted but we failed to detect this one. We updated 
the list settings so, starting today, the list automatically rejects 
messages larger than 100Kb (0.1 Mb). This will still allow forwarding 
Matlab scripts or electrode files.
