A 30 months Post-Doctoral Fellowship starting January 2009 is offered in 
Lyon (France) to investigate human cognition during sleep and dreaming 
using behavioural, electrophysiological and neuroimaging methods. 
Education in cognitive neuroscience, and/or social psychology and/or 
cognitive psychology and/or psychoacoustic and/or linguistic will be 
expected. Familiarity with electrophysiology (intra-cerebral or scalp) 
and/or neuroimaging techniques (fMRI and PET) will be appreciated. 
Familiarity or education in psychoanalysis is welcome. Finally, an 
interest in dreaming and/or education and/or experience in experimental 
investigation of dreaming will be favoured. The Fellow will participate 
in the designing of protocols, methods of data analysis (e.g. analysis 
of dream reports), data acquisition, data analysis, writing of 
scientific article.

Offre d’un financement post-doctoral de 30 mois à Lyon (France) pour 
travailler sur le sommeil et le rêve en comportement, EEG et 
neuroimagerie fonctionnelle (à partir de janvier 2009).
Un post-doctorat de 30 mois est offert sur un projet ANR « Jeunes 
chercheurs, Jeunes chercheuses ». Le projet de recherche s’intéresse à 
la cognition pendant le sommeil et le rêve chez l’homme. Cette recherche 
pourra être mise en oeuvre par
des études comportementales, en neuroimagerie fonctionnelle (tomographie 
par émission de positons) et/ou en électroencéphalographie (de scalp et 
intracérébrale).
Un(e) candidat(e) ayant une expertise en neurosciences cognitives et 
possédant des compétences en électroencéphalographie (potentiels évoqués 
et/ou analyses tempsfréquence) et/ou en neuroimagerie sera privilégié. 
Il serait également souhaitable qu’elle ou il ait des compétences en 
psychologie cognitive ou psychologie sociale et/ou psychoacoustique 
et/ou linguistique. Il sera finalement
particulièrement apprécié que le/la candidat(e) ait un intérêt ou une 
expertise dans le domaine du rêve (quel que soit l’angle d’étude).
Le travail de recherche consistera à mettre en place une partie des 
protocoles d’investigation, les méthodes d’analyse des données (comme la 
comparaison de textes pour l’analyse des rapports de rêve), la passation 
des participants, l’analyse des données et la rédaction d’articles 
scientifiques.
Ce poste sera ouvert à toutes les personnes pouvant justifier d'un 
doctorat en Neurosciences, Sciences Cognitives ou Neuropsychologie, en 
France ou à l’étranger.
