Hi,

I know about two datasets for EEG (and other modalities) emotion
recognition. I am not sure this is what you are looking for but why not
trying your algorithm on those:

DEAP dataset
http://www.eecs.qmul.ac.uk/mmv/datasets/deap/

Enterface dataset:
http://enterface.tel.fer.hr/index.php?frame=results
The project in named "Emotion Detection in the Loop from Brain Signals
and Facial Images"

Have fun,

Guillaume
