[Eeglablist] Power Spectra per channel for 3 conditions for 13 subjects

hope this note.helps you a bit.

I believe this is doable in eeglab/matlab. You should read/search more
closely through the eeglab tutorial, the eeglab documentation, the eeglab
list archives, and the eeglab functions listing.

You should be able to loadup and clean the data, then epoch and cean
further, then generate condition files, then compute.grand averages, then
visualize/compute spectral power amplitudes via the ersp function.
Check also the spectopo and.newtimef functions. Examples are given in the
tutorial, you can't miss them. To get started, do a practice with one of
your files for a day.

You will have to choose whether to look at channels or "virtual channels"
based on indepedent components.

When you make your progress with the data, check.through all the
documentation, and have more specific questions, then please ask the
eeglablist. Good luck!

> Sorry for bothering you all again with the same problem but I really need
some help. I am new to both EEGLAB and MATLAB so any help would be
appreciated. I have data from 13 subjects and the experimental setup
consists of three conditions. I would like to plot power spectra for each
channel, each one containing the grand average per condition at that
particular electrode site. If someone could at least tell me whether this is
possible in EEGLAB or not I would be very grateful. I have gone through the
manual but found nothing pertinent to this scenario. Thanks in advance.
