[Eeglablist] trial by trial ERSP?

Hi Teresa,

It does seem reasonable, and after running ERSP functions on a study the data is saved per file and design, e.g. one of mine is design2_140_530_SHAM.datersp

I'm just not sure how to manipulate it directly - the GUI tools are pretty good for plotting and comparing btw groups/subjects, but not as they change over time, or for exporting text files (feature request, Arno? :).

If I "load design2_140_530_SHAM.datersp -mat", then 3 structs for each channel get loaded, ersp, erspbase, and erspboot... and I don't get why they are the size they are 80x200, 1x80, 80x2 .. especially as this is a 64 channel dataset (of 2 second epochs @ 512 hz)..

For output of values by event types, it'll require linking the calculated ersp data with ones in EEG.event, I assume...

Aside from not totally understanding what's in each file, my lack of ability to extract this stuff is mostly about my lack matlab skills I'm sure.

Still getting the hang of it. If you (or anyone else) knows a way to do this, could you toss me a hint? :)

Best,
Andrew
