[Eeglablist] how can eeglab calculate the phase-locking value?

Dear Jianrong,

You can compute difference between 2 conditions either using the newtimef() EEGLAB function from the command line or using the STUDY framework from the EEGLAB graphic interface. If you are using newtimef() you can also export the ITC values.
