[Eeglablist] FFT Transform

 Hello, the below might be of some initial help to you:

Please see the following resources each of which provide fft.  ITC is a
type of phase-locking index, if I understand correctly. PLease review the
SIFT eeglab plugin  for autoregressive (instead of FFT) and other
functions.  With each, you can grab the resultant data in matlab for
further analyses. The below assumes you're at least familiar with the
eeglab framework.
