Hi Min,

I've done this kind of work - I suggest you explore both ERPLab (www.erpinfo.org) and the Mass Univariate ERP Toolbox.   http://openwetware.org/wiki/Mass_Univariate_ERP_Toolbox

ERPLab has a great measurement tool that will output measures of components you define (in time, relative peak, etc) and the MUT has a great multiple t-test for points along the waveform.
