[Eeglablist] Data extraction from STUDY file.latency and amplitude

Dear Nirmala,

You want to extract the spectra values?
Plot/edit clusters -> all clusters -> show spectra for all clusters. Press
'ok' to close the window (this is important) and in Matlab command line
type STUDY.cluster(n).icaspec (or something like that) for Cluster n. Save
them using Matlab save command (type 'help save' to learn it).
