[Eeglablist] Oddity with ICA and Channel Power Spectra

It looks like you were completely right on that point.  Is there any way to
modify the percentage for an EEGLAB study's spectral plots?  It seems it
must be some percentage smaller than 100, because I get the exact same
problem of the spectra looking different before and after ICA.
