[Eeglablist] How to determine Fb in Matlab wavelet cmor

Dear list,

For those who have Matlab wavelet toolbox... I found it's hard to
understand how to determine Fb for cmor. I found a code posted to this
website very useful to design a wavelet to determine Fb.
