Hi ,
In addition to Arno's comment and after pre-processing your data and
removing 'non-neural' stuff from it, you can do topographyic segmentation
using Cartool package as well. But again I think you cannot make any general
statements based on only two subjects.

Dear Akbari,

you can try to create a STUDY with 2 conditions. Look at the EEGLAB tutorial
to do so.
Note that with 2 recordings only, although you might be able to look at the
difference between the two mental states, but I would not trust the
statistics as any difference could be due to a drift of EEG power over time
that would be independent of your study design.
