[Eeglablist] EEGLAB extensions manager

Dear Tyler, Arno, and Derrick,

I replicated this error using EEGLAB13.1.1 in our lab environment. The
error message says 'invalid zip file /eeglab/plugins/tmp.zip'. Could you
troubleshoot this?
