[Eeglablist] ERSP vs Time-Freq

Dear Iman,

> ERP Time Freq is |F(mean(x))|

ERSP is  mean(|F(x)|)

This is much easier to understand for me. They are not equivalent. Single
trial phase-variable power modulation can not be observed with the former,
correct?
