Fantastic, this issue is common even in our lab. It  seems like EEGLAB is becoming too smart nowadays. Hopefully the next version can make our coffee??

Yes, this problem was solved in the latest version of EEGLAB (SVN).
EEGLAB will remove that folder from BIOSIG if it is in the path.
