[Eeglablist] How to identify evoked and induced activities with EEGLAB?

Hi evreybody,

I try to identify evoked and induced activities as are described in the
paper of Tallon-Baudry (1999).

I wonder if ERSP is a method which averages across single-trials, then,
does a time-frequency transforms ? Does ERSP represent evoked potentials?
Moreover, this paper describes how obtain induced potentials :
- compute the time-frequency transform for each single trial,
- average these transforms across trials.
Is there a function which does this in EEGLAB? Is it under development?
