Hi
One way: you could use correlation e.g obtain EOG free sections of the signal and compute correlation: corr(EEG,EEG-EOG).

Subject: [Eeglablist] validation of EEG after EOG noise removal

Hi,
I would like to know how can I understand that EEG signal after reduction of EOG artifact using adaptive filter and wavelet transform consists same original information which it had before that.
