[Eeglablist] Numerical power values (Eric Ger)

Dear Mirek,

Thanks for sharing it. I've seen a series of posts asking about frequency
spectrum test. If someone can write a EEGLAB plugin, even a simple one,
would be pretty beneficial. Please let us know if you are interested in
doing it.
