The gRecorder software ships with a Matlab function called ‘ghdf5read.m’. It should be located in the program directory for gRecorder. This allows you to import the data into Matlab as a struct. From there it is easy to copy the contents of the imported struct into the struct format used by EEGLAB. The EEGLAB struct format is well described in the EEGLAB documentation.

Dear all,

We are using g.tec's g.USBamp EEG system and the data is acquired in HDF5 format. I am trying to import the data in EEGLAB but I don't think EEGLAB currently supports this file format. Does anyone know how else I can import this data in EEGLAB compatible format?

Thanks
- Muhammad
