[Eeglablist] Pop_regica and conducting ICA on dataset with EOG channels

Dear all,

I cannot understand how REGICA is involved in this discussion. In the pop_regica function, you should have the EOG channels (let’s say for example that the last two channels are the EOGs) and when in pop_regica you denote in the EOG channel field that the last two channels are EOG, then REGICA remove them from the dataset perform ICA and then it regresses out the EOGs.
